I created this Protein Super Seed Booster to add that extra bit of ‘health’ to your day… it is filled with heaps of super seeds like chia, quinoa, millet and amaranth.

So what is quinoa you may ask?

Quinoa (pronounced Keen-wah) is a highly nutritious gluten-free grain. This ancient grain contains more protein than any other grain, with a good balance of all 9 essential amino acids. Quinoa is also high in fibre and has a low-GI, beneficial for keeping blood sugar levels stable.

These super mixes are the perfect ‘sprinkle of love’ to add to your yoghurt, smoothies, muesli or porridge.
